1.
How long will it take for a photo to be delivered?
Electronic
format will be sent within 48 hours (burnt on a CD) and prints
will be delivered between 5-7 working days.
2.
What isthe resolution of the photos?
Photos
are taken with 8 mega pixel digital SLR cameras providing 2336x3504
resolution. This equates to 12" x 18" (300mm x 450mm
@ 200dpi).

Can I print the electronic format photo(s) that I've purchased?
Yes! You
will receive the full resolution (i.e. 2336x3504) file that
you can print yourself or take it to any photo shop for it to
be printed at various sizes. For each electronic format photo
purchased, you will be provided two versions. The first is the
original image, the second version will be post-processed.

Will you be covering my event?
Look under
the events page for the schedule of coming months. If your event
is not on the schedule, please email info@pixelpics.com.au with
your event details so we'll try and schedule it.
5.
How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb?
50 - one
to change the bulb and 49 to say 'Awww, I could have done that'.
6.
How quick will photos be posted after an event?
It will
only take up to 7 days for the photos to appear.
7.
I've ordered and waited... why haven't I received my purchase?
We do apologise
if you haven't received your purchase. Please email info@pixelpics.com.au
with your purchase details and we will resolve it.
8.
When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit
card is only charged just before we send out your purchase (for
both electronic and hardcopy).
9.
How do I find my photos from an event?
Go to the
events section and click on the event that you've attended.
You will then be able to search the photos by your race number
or by name.
10.
I can't seem to find photos of myself from the event.
We do our
very best to photograph each participants and index each photo
without compromising quality. Try to look at the 'URO - Unidentified
Riding Object' section of the event.
11.
Now that I found the photos, how do I go about buying them?
Here are
the steps: -
a. Write down the file name of the photo(s). For example, IMG001.jpg
b. Go to the order section and fillout your personal information
(i.e.event name, name, address, contact details etc.)
c. For every photo you wish to purchase, enter the file name
in the appropriate field. Then select what you want (photo size
or electronic file) and how many. Each photo will use 1 row.
d. Fill out your credit card information.
e. Read the terms and conditions and if you are happy with the
amount to be charged, click Submit to proceed.
f. That's all, your order will soon be processed.

Can I use the photos other than for personal use?
The photos
are for personal use only and can be posted on a personal website.
Please email info@pixelpics.com.au if you intend to use them
for commerical purposes.
